Ryvetz is a hosted GUI-testing service. This page covers the marketing site and the product at app.ryvetz.com. Questions: hello@ryvetz.com.
What we store
- Account email, org membership, and a hashed session or API key.
- Billing identifiers from Stripe (customer and subscription ids). We do not store card numbers.
- Practice-account credentials you paste into Settings, encrypted at rest. Values are never shown back in the UI. They are injected into the runner only for the length of a run.
- Run evidence: report, screenshots, video, and traces. Share links are time-limited capability URLs.
- Waitlist email if you join from ryvetz.com, used only to contact you about access.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. We do not use live, eval, or funded broker credentials on the shared runner.
Subprocessors
Stripe (payments), the Postgres host (org and billing metadata), object storage for evidence packs, email for magic links, and the model provider that judges screens. The hosted runner is our compute, not yours.
Retention
Evidence packs are retained for 90 days on a paid plan, and 30 days after cancel. You can ask us to delete an account and its evidence by writing to hello@ryvetz.com.
